Wicked Shoes Boutique is NOT affiliated with Doc Martens, converse or any other shoe retail company.
Are your shoes in US or UK sizes?
Our shoes are in US sizes, but a size chart presenting UK and EUR size is available within the photos. If you have wide feet or are between sizes, we advise you to order a size up.

Do you carry half-sizes?
We do carry half sizes. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you have wide feet or are between sizes, we advise you to order a size up.
What payment methods can I use to check out
We accept credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancel request must be sent to our email address wickedshoesboutique@gmail.com within 2 hours of purchase. We cannot cancel your order past this delay.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
No. We do not allow editing of orders at this time. Your order will be cancelled and refunded, and you can repurchase the correct item. This includes changing sizes.
Shipping
How can I track my delivery?
Once you have placed an order you will receive an order notification letting you know we have received your order.
We will email you a tracking number when your order has been shipped. This tracking number may take 1 or 2 days to update.
Where do you ship from, do you offer pick-up?
We ship from our workshop in Hong Kong
We do not offer pick-up-- we are not a retail store.
How soon will my order ship?
All our products take a few days to ship out, as they are all custom made per your order. With the exception of weekends and holidays we'll ship your order 7 business days after purchase on average.(BUSINESS DAYS = WEEKEND & BANK HOLIDAYS NOT INCLUDED)
A priority processing option is available here . Add it in your cart and this upgrade ensures that your order will be moved to the front list !
This means that our 7 business days processing time now become 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that this does not upgrade your shipping time.

Is shipping free?
All orders are shipped free to over 230 countries around the World, standard shipping takes 7-10 business days on average.
An express shipping option is available at checkout for $12.99, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days on average.

What if I entered my shipping information incorrectly or missing information?
We ship all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. If there is a mistake with the shipping address after the order is placed, we must be immediately contacted to see if the information can be corrected. If the package has already shipped, we MAY be able to re-route it. If it has been delivered there is nothing we can do.
Please contact us immediately at: wickedshoesboutique@gmail.com and include all changes necessary to correct the mistake.
What if I am unable to locate my delivered package?
Wicked Shoes Boutique must be contacted within 7 business days of the alleged delivery date to file a lost package claim.
Your shipping confirmation will contain the delivery date and resources to track your package as it travels. It is your responsibility to prepare for the delivery. If you are unable to locate your delivered package contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to negligence. (e.g. wrong address entered and no correction requested, left at doorstep while on vacation)

Refunds/ Exchange
As everything is custom made to order we can't refund on buyer's remorse. However we'll provide a full refund or a free replacement is if you meet any issue with the quality of the product, meaning defective/damage items.
lf it's your case please contact us within 3 days of delivery and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect so we can promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a refund.
When will I get my refund?
We can not guarantee when your refund will appear in your bank account. This varies by bank and can be up to an additional 7-10 business days.
When will I get my replacement?
Once we approuve your replacement request, we'll email you your the tracking order for your replacement order, as soon as your order is shipped out
