Shipping policy

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouse by FEDEX, USPS, DHL, DPD.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Please note that all our products take a few days to ship out, as they are all custom made per your order. In an effort to minimize our environmental impact, we work to make most items on demand to prevent stock destruction due to overstocking. With the exception of weekends and bank holidays we'll ship your order on average 7 (to 10) business days after purchase.(BUSINESS DAYS = WEEKEND & BANK HOLIDAYS NOT INCLUDED)

Wicked Shoes Boutique is in no way responsible for delays and loss of the Post Office.

Our average delivery time is 7-10 working days. Delivery time can also be affected by public and bank holiday. Express shipping is available too and will cost $12.99, it takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver. 

An optional upgrade is available at checkout, PRIORITY SHIPPING ensures your order will be moved to the front of the line to be printed and packed. We'll ship your package using a premium courier service

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

TRACKING NUMBER

We will email you a tracking number when your order has been shipped. This tracking number may take 1 or 2 working days to update.

If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

SHIPPED FROM

Unfortunately, we haven't found any local suppliers in France (Europe) that meet our strict standards for ethics and quality to provide our customer. That's why we are in partnership with a workshop located in Asia (Hong Kong). This partner production will be in charge to deliver your order from its fullfilment center.

If your package is indicated as "delivered" on the sender's website, but has not arrived at your home, we are in no way responsible and will not be able to refund you.

It will be necessary to advise directly with your post office indicating the tracking number.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
