As all of our items are custom made for you, we urge you to use the size charts provided on every item's listing because we won't be able to process to a free exchange or a refund if you are facing a size issue. We do not refund on buyers remorse.

 

We'll provide a full refund or a free replacement is if you meet any issue with the quality of the product, meaning defective/damaged items that ended non functional / unwearable (a problem with the sole, an issue with the shoelaces , presence of mole etc...) . lf it's your case please contact us within 3 days of delivery and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect so we can promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a refund. Damaged items don't need to be returned, we just ask for a photo

If you are eligible for a refund or replacement, we will notify you by email, within a reasonable period of time and replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original method of payment).

 

Unacceptable exchanges and refund requests

  • Non-obvious color difference – We use different processes to print your shoes, it’s based on the raw material of the products you selected, the final products may has color difference with mockup, therefore Wicked Shoes Boutique reserves rights to refuse refunds at its sole discretion.
  • Wrong shipping address –  Wicked Shoes Boutique do not refund/exchanges/re-ship for free the order if the shipping address is incorrect.
  • The size doesn’t fit – Wicked Shoes Boutique don't do exchanges if the size doesn’t fit, You need to check the size chart carefully before placing an order. Or contact us for help

 

Acceptable Exchanges and refund requests

  • Packages lost in transit – the claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
  •  Misprinted/damaged/defective items items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. 
  • Wrong size items – the size tag on the product/package does not match the order.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our workshop and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipping

 

Order cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 2 hours. Past this delay, the order can't no longer be cancelled.
